Article 192
Operation of Provincial Assembly in the event of vacancy of member's seat
Provincial Assembly may conduct its work even in case of vacancy of any member of the Provincial Assembly, and even if it is discovered later that a person who is not allowed to participate in the proceedings of the Provincial Assembly participated, the action already taken shall not be invalid.
